Job Title: Operational and HIT Project Management Specialist
Job Summary: The Operations Project Specialist supports Long Term Care (LTC) Operations by designing, implementing, and administering key processes that support the overall operation of the business unit. The Operations Project Specialist will provide and analyze data to the management team with trends and analytics for client reporting and continuous improvement. The Operations Project Specialist ensures data integrity and accuracy in support of LTC procedures and processes. The Workflow, SOP and updated process will be upgraded based on changes, along with follow-through execution.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manages project plans for operational initiatives including, but not limited to, facility onboarding, operational standardization actions and Community/Facility program implementations for PCP and Specialties.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement new processes and reporting to increase department and team efficiencies. Able to execute and follow through the upgraded workflow, processes, SOP for improved measurable data via seamless education and communication.
- Collaborates with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of assigned projects.
- Evaluates project timelines to ensure realistic deliverables will be achieved, adjusts accordingly and communicates to key stakeholders as needed
- Maintains data related to performance and financial metrics for the Medical, Billing, Scheduling, Business Development, and Business Analyst team.
- Develops and analyzes reports that support House Call operational processes
- Monitors, tracks and trends data/results from the operational scorecard to improve operational performance within the House Call, Telemedicine, and e-Commerce by follow through with execution.
- Collects and distributes all internal facing data
- Prepares Executive Reviews, monitors progress of timely preparation, and intervenes as necessary to facilitate the Executive Review process
- Summarizes pertinent information and distributes to key stakeholder according to defined distribution schedule.
- Willing to conduct video conferences during off hours and train the Representative Office team on the methodology, US cultural process, and apply it across the Global Supply Chain Processes (GSCP). Travel to Asia and conduct seamless GSCP for all right talented loyal employees, globally.
- Develops various tracking tools to enhance the processes and procedures of the reporting tools, then follow through with execution of the workflow and processes.
- Follows all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA
- Displays behavior which exemplifies employee code of conduct guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional client services role
- Development knowledge and training and/or practical experience
- Strong communication skills, and ability to navigate complex computer system issues
- Comfortable delivering results in a high-paced, fast changing, entrepreneurial atmosphere
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Familiar with CRM, Agile concepts and tools.
- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects
- Ability to build, establish, and manage collaborative relationships with customers
- Experience performing financial analysis and assessments to develop pricing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specific sales targets and goals.

Job Title: HIT Business Development Specialist
Job Summary: This position leads the development of commercialize solutions for healthcare technology based on sales and operational strategies for a multiple year approach. The specialist is responsible for leading the solution development; performing the client financial, inventory, labor, service contract assessment; completing costing and pricing of the new service program; and providing guidance as to the program’s long-term strategy. Most importantly, the person needs to understand the process enough to train our team in representative office (RO) in Asia on both business processes and healthcare IT (HIT) solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare strategic business plan for commercialize the Global Telehealth Network Application and develop Quarterly marketing plan for cross channels marketing such as internet marketing, print media, and events.
- Understands and collaborates among the Clinical, HIT and Operational teams regarding processes of assigned area and customers in order to educate and answer questions regarding deliverables.
- Spends 50% of time engaging with strategic partners in-person to educate on the services, features, and benefits of the company as a healthcare provider.
- Develops a comprehensive marketing/business development strategy for a specific geographic area based on the business potential of the area, needs of the community, and the capability of the local office. This responsibility includes development of a business plan and potential referral opportunities in the area.
- Works in conjunction with the Director of Business Operations to best understand office capabilities and champion those attributes during marketing/business development appointments with customer
- Able to communicate financial forecasts, budgets, and statistical business analysis in both English and Vietnamese to business development and operational team members in both Vietnam and USA.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting; recruit, screen and recommended placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).
Essential Job Functions:
- Meets with managers and HR department to develop specific recruiting plans for both internal staff and clinicians globally.
- Screens resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings.
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
- Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing. May provide initial screening for manager to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. - Develops advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status.
- Develops and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree and three years’ human resource/recruiting experience
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management staff, and contacts outside the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Desired Experience (Prior experience, education and training):
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred but not required for this position.
Special Working Conditions:
- Willingness to travel to RO office in Asia and collaborate with global team, working with a diversified culture.
- Willingness to communicate with RO HR staff at night via videoconference and continuously update the recruiting plan for both RO and Corporate office.
- Willingness to spend extensive time to learn the “clinician’s latte” and different type of clinicians, in order to understand how to develop customized training plan for each type of clinician to increase retention rate.
